Automatic scanning and modeling system
The Wave360’s self-developed automatic modeling system eliminates the need for manual outlining when printing irregularly shaped products. During the first scan, the spray carriage automatically passes over the object to generate a precise 3D outline, which is then imported into the printing system — ensuring perfect image alignment and consistency on any irregular surface.
UV Transparent curing
The Wave360 prints directly on transparent products like plastic bottles and glassware — no need to fill them with UV-blocking liquid. Its advanced UV transparent curing technology reduces printhead wear, streamlines production, and keeps containers completely uncontaminated. A unique curing lamp ensures even curing across every curve, taper, and surface.
High Drop printing
The Wave360 is specially designed for direct printing on cylindrical and conical objects with surface drops under 10mm, ensuring smooth, accurate printing on bottles, cups, and other curved products without distortion or color shift.
Tapered Objects
The Wave360 cylindrical printer can print directly on conical or tapered objects. Simply adjust the fixture angle to match the object’s shape, letting it align perfectly with the print carriage. The system then creates a precise contour model and imports it automatically for accurate, seamless printing.
